The MLS website is widely used to list properties that are for sale. It is not well used for rental properties, thus you may not get many “hits” for rental properties on this website. To find rental properties, we suggest checking listings in the community newspapers, and/or searching the World Wide Web. Typing your preferred community and “rental housing” into a search engine can be effective.

Apartment rents are also a bargain. In 2010 Grande Prairie had an average apartment vacancy rate of 14% and an average monthly rent of $808.
